We are now searching for a talented Talent & HR Co-ordinator. You will work in a highly collaborative team that work to implement business improvements in our clients.

As a Talent & HR Co-ordinator you will play a pivotal role in attracting, assessing, and securing top talent for our organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will be exposed to general HR processes and will support all key people processes.

As a Talent & HR Co-ordinator, you will have

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and anticipate team needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for various roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.

Talent Pipeline Development:

  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training schedules.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new employees, answering questions and providing assistance as needed to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee recognition programs and events to promote a positive workplace culture.

Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to enhancing OutForm Consulting's employer brand by promoting our values, culture, and opportunities.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

Data-Driven Approach:

  • Track recruitment metrics and analyse data to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Head of People, Operations team and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to talent acquisition and workforce planning.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in UK and Ireland is preferred.
